SCAnalyzer

SCAnalyzer 2.0 allows sales, manufacturing and purchasing managers to plan, track and collaborate on your upcoming operations plan. They can then track the actuals against their plan. They can look at trend and benchmarks and decide their corresponding plan of action.

 
The Business Process

SCAnalyzer business process enables your team to build an enterprise process for planning, forecasting, tracking and responding. With this process, the team builds visibility towards an enterprise level operational and financial plan at the local and aggregate enterprise level and can participate in updating the data in their area  either as inputs or as choices they propose . All team members review the plan, the forecasts and actuals  of the rest of the team and can trigger their responses and decisions. These flow through a sequence  into  an update to forecasts until the forward looking plan is locked.  The plans can then be shared with operational managers for inputs into their actions and with other managers as visibility into forward looking projections.
