The Business Process
Price, Profit and Projections business process enables your team to provide updates to the forward looking inputs into the plan. As they update the forecasts, the other team members see these inputs and update their inputs and actions until the plan is locked. The cost of goods plan can be used to create product level financials. Managers can then review and modify prices, review profit impact and update the projections using the software. The results can then be shared with the appropriate managers either as inputs to their work or as reports their needs.
