- A team member is eligible for insurance benefits on the 1st day of the month following 30 days after the team member’s hire date.

- 100% of premium for team member is paid by Animato

- Premium of 1X salary up to $100,000 paid by Animato

- A team member is eligible to participate in the Animato Technologies 401(k) Plan on the 1st day of the month following the team member’s hire date.

Vacation Time

- 3 weeks available annually upon date of hire
- 4 weeks after 5 years with the company
