Animato continues to grow and expand its service offerings to better meet client needs in a dynamic industry. The strategic solution sets will allow Animato to advise clients on "what works" and current industry best practices.

Animato offers an extensive array of assessment services to evaluate an organization's current state and to identify additional areas of opportunity. They include:

Predicative Analytics Assessment. Offers quick and focused strategies to exploit the client organization's existing ERP system to provide real-time data, predictive analytics, and dashboards.

Strategic Alignment Assessment. Evaluates one or more functional departments against corporate strategies and industry benchmarks. Identifies gaps between corporate and departmental strategies and provides recommendations to align the strategies and synchronize the ERP solution with strategies.

Business Process Review. Provides the client a quick assessment of the departmental business processes to determine the best utilization of your technology. The review will identify opportunities for rapid improvements in accuracy / efficiency while leveraging current software investment.

Business Intelligence Assessment. Assesses the readiness of the organization to initiate and/or continue usage of business intelligence systems - includes evaluating the BI function to identify areas of reporting capability and improvements from existing solutions.

SOA Readiness Assessment. Provides a comprehensive evaluation of the IT organization's agility readiness and alignment for SOA adoption.
